HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

All items are made to order.

- Processing time: 3–7 business days 
- US shipping: 3–7 business days after shipping 
- International shipping: 7–21 business days

DO YOU OFFER RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because all items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

- Wrong size ordered 
- Change of mind 
- Buyer’s remorse 

We only replace or refund items if they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED OR WRONG?

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos. We will replace or refund your order.
DO COLORS LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTOS?

Colors may vary slightly due to screen brightness, lighting, and monitor differences. This is normal and not considered a defect.
CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

Orders can only be canceled or modified shortly after purchase. Once production has started, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
HOW LONG DO CUSTOM ORDERS TAKE?

Custom items may take slightly longer than standard orders. Processing time is typically 3–10 business days depending on the complexity of the design.
CAN I RETURN, EXCHANGE OR CANCEL A CUSTOM ORDER

Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, misprinted, or incorrect.
Custom orders can only be changed or canceled shortly after purchase. Once production begins, changes are no longer possible.
