Because every item is made specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to:

• Ordering the wrong size
• Change of mind
• Color variations caused by screen or monitor settings
• Buyer’s remorse

However, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund if:

• Your item arrives damaged
• Your item is misprinted or defective
• You receive the wrong item
  

To request a replacement or refund, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include    

• ORDER NUMBER
• PHOTOS
• DESCRIPTION OF ISSUE

If approved, we will replace the item or issue a refund.
